Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team at ibex. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding new employees, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders. This role requires a strong ability to understand business needs and manage hiring processes efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting assessments, collecting feedback, extending offers, and closing hires.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand resource requirements, workforce planning, hiring priorities, and specific role expectations to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees, including managing all necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers, monitor hiring progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and work to streamline recruitment operations for efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a BPO or contact center environment is preferred.
