We are currently seeking a full-time HR Assistant based in Lahore to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing recruitment efforts, administering employee benefits, coordinating training programs, and assisting with daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Support talent hunting initiatives to attract qualified professionals aligned with company needs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and development activities for staff.
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team in handling employee inquiries and maintaining HR documentation.
- Help maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR support or assistant role, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
