Human Resources Associate

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team at our Wapda Town, Lahore location. This on-site role operates from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and offers a competitive salary of up to 65,000 PKR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in recruitment and HR operations. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your efforts will directly contribute to building effective teams and maintaining smooth HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing on job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure timely issuance of offer letters.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records accurately.
- Assist in workforce planning by collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to create a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Assist in performance tracking, HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and hiring practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
