Human Resources Executive

Credentialfied, a U.S.-based healthcare services company specializing in credentialing, payer enrollment, medical billing, and accounts receivable recovery for providers nationwide, is expanding its Islamabad team. We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle at our Gulberg Greens office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring availability during evening shifts to overlap with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring completion of contracts, NDAs, and confidentiality training.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records, and prepare monthly payroll inputs in coordination with finance.
- Keep employee files organized and ensure HR policies comply with Pakistani labor laws.
- Oversee probationary period reviews, performance appraisals, address employee concerns, and manage exit procedures.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Compile and present HR metrics and reports directly to the CEO.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within BPO, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or healthcare sectors.
- Solid understanding of Pakistani labor law, including EOBI regulations and payroll processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace applications.
- Willingness and ability to work evening shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
