Human Resources Executive

PayOn is a dynamic fintech and transaction infrastructure company focused on serving Pakistan’s HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés. As the company expands its team and partner network, we are seeking an innovative HR Executive to join us. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, requiring a proactive individual who can attract, assess, and retain exceptional talent while enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, utilize modern behavioral assessment techniques, and actively engage with stakeholders to improve how HR operates within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates primarily through LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial HR interviews using behavioral and non-traditional assessment methods that extend beyond reviewing CVs and standard questions.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and management interviews efficiently.
- Manage the interview pipeline and ensure candidates remain informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding & LinkedIn Management:
- Develop and grow PayOn’s employer presence on LinkedIn by managing posts, hiring campaigns, and community engagement.
- Strategically use LinkedIn for sourcing, outreach, and maintaining candidate relationships.
- Design hiring collateral such as carousels and announcements using Canva.
- Contribute creative ideas for content that highlights PayOn’s culture, team, and career opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement:
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, candidate insights, and recommendations.
- Create clear, visually appealing presentations that translate HR data into actionable decisions.
- Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall HR practices.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong command of both English and Urdu, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Canva for creating graphics, presentations, and hiring materials.
- Active LinkedIn user with a solid understanding of the platform’s algorithm and engagement strategies.
- Experienced in conducting interviews and candidate assessments using behavioral and other innovative methods.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, growth, and leadership teams, supporting initiatives beyond core HR functions.
- Willingness to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for hiring, employer branding, team engagement, and culture development.
- Capability to translate ideas into clear plans, proposals, and executable action steps.

Work Policy
PayOn operates as a fully virtual office emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and productivity. Candidates must be comfortable with camera-on participation during meetings and interviews. This remote work environment requires active engagement and professionalism.
