Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team at our office located in DHA Phase II, Karachi. This role operates from Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with a minimum of three years of relevant HR experience. We offer a market-competitive salary package for the right candidate. This is an in-person position requiring commitment to managing various HR functions effectively within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations and oversee daily HR operations to support organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance management processes and contribute to organizational development efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
