Human Resources Executive

The Human Resources Executive will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day HR operations at the company’s Karāchi office. This full-time, on-site position involves maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring accurate HR documentation. The role also requires handling employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with management to develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with both company standards and local regulations. Additionally, the position supports performance management activities and organizes training initiatives to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including employee record management, recruitment support, onboarding coordination, and maintenance of HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, mediating issues, and fostering an inclusive and positive work environment.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and regular updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and local labor laws.
- Support performance management processes, including monitoring employee performance and facilitating feedback mechanisms.
- Organize and coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives to enhance staff skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to assess staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources with strong skills in managing core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and update guidelines as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential matters.
