Human Resources Executive

Hirestaff.ai, a global leader in talent acquisition and staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role requires working onsite six days a week during night shifts, supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve grievances to promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives and improve existing processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, six days a week.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is preferred.
- Must be able to commute to and work onsite at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi.
