Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment processes from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
- Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR functions and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR management, HR operations, and general human resources functions.
- Experience in managing employee relations and applying HR policies effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools to streamline HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
