Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities, including managing all necessary documentation for new hires.
- Maintain organized employee records and HR files to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle various administrative tasks and facilitate effective internal communications within the HR department.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information at all times.
- Participate in planning and organizing team events and activities to promote employee engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final semester, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the HR team.
