Human Resources Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Management Intern to join our team and assist in maintaining efficient HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience with employee data management, corporate communication, and performance monitoring. The role is based on-site in Rawalpindi, working night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday. This position provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates interested in human resource management to gain practical exposure and potentially transition into a permanent full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with candidate documentation and record collection, as well as managing formal offboarding procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating employee records within the HR Management System, including changes in employee status and logs.
- Draft clear and professional HR correspondence such as letters, official notices, and organizational memos.
- Promote positive workplace relationships through effective and professional communication with staff members.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in human resource management are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated discipline, organization, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for basic record-keeping and database management tasks.
- Availability to work on-site during night shift hours in Rawalpindi.
