Key Responsibilities

- Research, identify, and propose effective Human Resources and Industrial Relations strategies to maintain an agile organization.
- Define and implement appropriate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish productivity standards and norms that foster high-performance teams.
- Recommend market-based compensation and increment structures for associates to remain competitive and fair.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with disciplinary policies and procedures across the organization.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at retaining high-performing employees.
- Implement career development policies and establish clear career paths in line with HR guidelines.
- Create and maintain open communication channels to promote transparency and a positive organizational culture.
- Foster harmonious employee relations and an environment conducive to high performance.
- Prepare, develop, and manage manpower budgets and staffing strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Oversee the administration of appraisal systems to build and sustain a performance-driven workforce.
- Design, implement, and monitor training schedules and inputs to maximize customer satisfaction, employee motivation, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory records, laws, and administrative requirements related to HR functions.
- Work with department heads to enforce organizational policies and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Implement, communicate, and update HR and Industrial Relations policies to keep them relevant and effective.
- Manage and attend to any labor-related legal cases.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards within the HR function.

Required Qualifications

- Overall professional experience of 5 to 7 years, with 3 to 7 years in relevant HR roles.
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Certifications in Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management.
