The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Peshawar District. This position is responsible for managing comprehensive HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for both plant and office personnel. The HR Manager will develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and align workforce planning with production and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing payroll and attendance records, addressing employee inquiries and grievances, coordinating training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with leadership to foster a positive organizational culture, promote health and safety awareness, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management accurately.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and timely.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Partner with management to promote organizational culture, health and safety programs, and employee engagement.
- Support workforce planning and talent management aligned with production and business needs.
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policy development, labor law compliance, and handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Proficiency in HR administration tasks such as payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Ability to plan and implement effective training and development programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, especially within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or HR-related software and proficiency in standard office productivity tools such as MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
