Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people and culture strategy, taking full ownership of end-to-end human resource operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive organizational growth by managing recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage performance management systems and conduct employee evaluations to support development and growth.
- Oversee hiring strategies for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Address employee relations issues, handle grievances, and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong talent acquisition pipelines to meet current and future staffing requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees and candidates throughout their journey with the company.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support workforce planning and employee development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably at the HR Manager or Assistant Manager level.
- Proven expertise in managing both technical and non-technical hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated capability to independently manage multiple HR functions and lead teams effectively.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach and a strong focus on people and culture.

Work Schedule and Location:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Johar Town, Lahore. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
