Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s HR functions. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training initiatives, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and advising management on staffing and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviews, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Address employee relations issues, handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns effectively.
- Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compensation matters.
- Oversee the employee performance appraisal process to support continuous development.
- Identify training needs and organize relevant training and development programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies.
- Monitor employee engagement, retention rates, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning documents, and manage HR-related budgets.
- Provide guidance to management on staffing strategies, organizational development, and employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, with managerial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with HR/payroll systems.
