Human Resources Manager

ScaleForte is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join their team in Lahore, Pakistan. This on-site role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and excels at building, managing, and retaining high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts across various agency functions including Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative/Design, and Business Development, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
- Leverage an established talent network within the agency ecosystem to source candidates beyond traditional job portals.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and implement retention strategies to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, employee records maintenance, and HR reporting using HRMS platforms.
- Implement and enforce company policies while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset by taking ownership of challenges, anticipating potential issues, and delivering practical solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in agency environments.
- Proven expertise in recruiting specialized talent across digital marketing and creative disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and managing comprehensive HR operations.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and policy implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
