Human Resources Officer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team at the Karachi Head Office. This role involves occasional visits to various ASL offices and plant locations, providing a dynamic work environment that supports the company’s growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer placement across all ASL locations, including offices and plants.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expedite the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for critical, technical, and hard-to-fill roles to ensure business continuity and future workforce planning.
- Leverage digital platforms and third-party agencies as needed to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Ensure timely processing of recruitment requisitions and consistently meet Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and reports using HR systems and analytics, providing regular insights to management.
- Enhance employer branding and talent attraction efforts through relevant digital and professional platforms.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and internal governance standards.

Organizational Development & Learning
- Support organizational development initiatives aimed at improving company culture, employee engagement, and overall performance.
- Coordinate organizational diagnostics and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and manage internal communications to foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in Pakistan.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
