The Human Resources Specialist role at Brandigade is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. This position is responsible for managing daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and administering employee benefits and compensation documentation. The specialist will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies that comply with local regulations and company standards, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations such as employee record management, recruitment support, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Manage employee relations, performance documentation, and personnel management tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and team members on HR best practices and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role with a strong understanding of HR operations and management.
- Proficiency in developing and enforcing HR policies that comply with local regulations.
- Experience administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Strong skills in personnel management, including employee relations and performance support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all HR matters.
- Willingness and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Karāchi.
