The Human Resources Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is responsible for managing daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with performance management. The specialist will implement and uphold HR policies, administer employee benefits, and offer guidance to staff on various HR-related matters. Additionally, the role involves supporting conflict resolution efforts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee record maintenance and documentation.
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and coordinating onboarding processes.
- Assist in performance management initiatives, including evaluations and employee development plans.
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance monitoring.
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace issues and policies.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a harmonious work environment.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Human Resources principles and the ability to support core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Management and Personnel Management, with experience overseeing employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience in developing and maintaining HR policies aligned with both organizational and legal standards.
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration, including enrollment processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications are considered an advantage.
