Finn Right, a Finland-based non-profit established in 2026 by journalists dedicated to documenting human rights violations and promoting equal rights, is seeking a full-time Human Rights professional based in Lahore. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field research and interviews to collect testimonies and document human rights issues in collaboration with local communities and partners.
- Draft comprehensive reports, briefs, and public-facing materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor ongoing human rights developments and support advocacy campaigns to influence policy and public awareness.
- Participate in strategic planning and assist with project implementation to advance organizational goals.
- Coordinate regularly with international colleagues to ensure alignment and information sharing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to strict ethical and safety standards in both field and office settings.
- Uphold professional ethics and security protocols, especially when working in challenging or sensitive environments.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in human rights, social justice, or related fields, including research, monitoring, or advocacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and public communications; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews and fieldwork ethically, managing sensitive information and engaging with vulnerable communities respectfully.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including data collection, documentation, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with NGOs, community groups, or media organizations, and comfort working within multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.
- Sound judgment, resilience, and the capacity to work effectively in challenging environments while maintaining security and ethical standards.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in human rights, law, social sciences, journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
