Function: Assist Head City Lead in day-to-day operations

About the Job:
Assisting and managing day-to-day operations of the region that includes but not limited to the safety and security of static sites of clients as well as dynamic elements of these clients.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Day to Day Management of Teams
- Day to Day Administration of Teams
- Training & continued mentorship
- Quality Control (QC)
- Assist City Lead
- Tactical & Operational Liaison
- Reporting & Accountability
Qualifications and Skills
- Local National
- Effective team leader
- Administrative ability
- Tactful, and well presented
- Capable of performing in high-stress environments
- Knowledgeable of local laws and customs
- Excellent bi-lingual communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ex-armed forces officers will be given priority (Lt or Capt. fresh Retd)
