Humayun Wellchem Trading Concern is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the organization's financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Monitor cash flow and report any financial discrepancies.
Assist management in preparing financial analyses and reports.
Support inventory and stock reconciliation where required.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
