Humayun Wellchem Trading Concern is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer.The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time and efficiency.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and transportation.
Handle all communication on behalf of the CEO, such as screening calls, managing emails, and drafting correspondence.
Prepare, review, and organize documents and reports needed for meetings and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and executive matters.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative tasks to increase productivity and focus on strategic responsibilities.
Implement effective time management techniques to maximize CEO’s availability and work-life balance.
