Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary responsibility will be to perform & take ownership in various tasks as assigned by the Company related to third parties/vendor management, information about industry practices, relationship management , NBFC registration, and regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the company by fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating with relevant stakeholders to apply & obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs)/Approvals from regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated with the regulatory landscape and ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting required documentation for regulatory compliance, such as reports, replies and disclosures.
- Responsible to represent the Company at various discussions/platforms as assigned by the Company’s top management.
- Responsible for identifying, onboarding, contract management and performance reviews of the relevant third parties / vendors across the industry.
- Responsible for the registration process for Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) if required by the Company.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelors degree preferably Business Administration.
- Seasoned Professional with a minimum of 5 Years experience in the same field.
- Experience in coordinating with relevant stakeholders to apply and obtain NOCs/Approvals.
- Must have excellent IT Skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must possess excellent negotiation and Interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong relationship across the industry relevant stakeholders.
