- Employee Profiling including Pre and Post Joining documents uploading on HCM
- Support in end-to-end coordination for new joiner onboarding
- Shift and attendance management
- Bank account activation of employees in the official designated Bank (s)
- Checking, disbursing and Dispatching insurance and OPD claims
- Handle EOBI and SESSI online portals and manage the payments accordingly
- Company ID Card and SIM Issuance to new and existing employees

- Provide proactive support to HR leads in organizing international & regional events and provide support in organizing various local events including long service awards, Eid, Birthdays and Independence day celebrations to enhance employee experience.
Required Qualification & Experience:
