The individual will be responsible for :
- 24x7 proactive Network Surveillance.
- Issuing Trouble Ticket.
- 1st Level Troubleshooting of Network/services (IP/SDH/DWDM)
- Network incident reporting, escalation, and resolution.
- Coordination, Troubleshooting, testing with International partners for Upstream and cross border connectivity.
