- Good negotiation, vendor management, material management and planning skills.
- Responsible for the Procurement to Pay Cycle of Vendor.
- Make Purchase Orders as per given requirements.
- Take follow ups of invoices and payments.
- Strong follow ups with vendors and also manages time lines effectively to make sure assets receive on time.
- Negotiate the contracts effectively to procure the material and equipment with best possible option.
- Generate reports for planning and forecasting of material/equipment required.
- Take quotations from suppliers and make quality & price wise comparison reports.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key suppliers.
