HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in VRF systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC units in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company standards. This role requires a hands-on professional who can efficiently troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry codes. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and service on VRF systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Complete all installations and repairs accurately and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
- Utilize technical knowledge to identify HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer installation manuals to guide work processes.
- Stay informed about the latest VRF technologies and advancements within the HVAC industry to maintain technical proficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations during all phases of work.
- Maintain detailed documentation of services performed, including service reports and maintenance logs for record-keeping and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of technical school or HVAC certification is preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, with a particular focus on VRF systems.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment to effectively troubleshoot and repair systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
