Enaara Facilities & Management is looking for an HVAC Officer to supervise and support the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems at a commercial mall. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily HVAC operations and ensure systems are working properly.
- Assign tasks to HVAC staff and monitor their work.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and related areas.
- Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- Identify HVAC faults and coordinate timely repairs.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment issues.
- Ensure all HVAC work is carried out according to safety procedures and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with the Operations/MEP team, maintenance staff, contractors, and other departments.
- Report HVAC issues and maintenance requirements to the concerned management.
- Support smooth and efficient HVAC operations across the mall.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HVAC supervision or maintenance.
- Experience in a commercial building, shopping mall, or similar facility will be preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC preventive maintenance practices.
- Basic understanding of HVAC safety standards and procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily HVAC tasks.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
