1. Prepare Financial Statements, deliverables and underlying schedules
2. Keep the best internal controls around financial reporting
3. Conduct financial analysis
4. Assist with tax and other regulatory compliance
5. Supervise the bookkeeping along with the reconciliations (receivables, payable, and control/ subsidiary accounts).
6. Must be able to identify the control issues and recommend the actions.
