The Cluster Owner is responsible for driving effective cluster management through active monitoring and reporting of operational data and project progress. They address challenges promptly and escalate risks or issues to maintain project timelines and cluster performance. This role supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities by collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure high service quality. The Cluster Owner continuously seeks opportunities to enhance cluster processes to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness. The position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic telecom environment, contributing directly to the companys success and growth.
Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of assigned telecom clusters to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Coordinate and track project activities within clusters, addressing challenges and ensuring timely completion.
Allocate and manage resources efficiently across cluster projects to optimize operational effectiveness.
Maintain regular communication with vendors to manage service delivery, contracts, and resolve issues promptly.
Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates and comprehensive reports on cluster status and performance.
Ensure full compliance with telecom industry standards and company policies across all cluster activities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of projects and cluster initiatives.
Monitor operational data, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvements.
Identify, assess, and escalate risks or issues that could impact cluster performance or project completion deadlines.
Support the implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing cluster management efficiency and quality.
Oversee and support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Manage corrective maintenance processes to address and resolve operational faults promptly.
Engage actively with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met effectively.
Ensure knowledge sharing related to fueling knowledge relevant to cluster operations and maintenance.
Maintain effective communication management practices to support transparency and collaboration among all parties involved.
