PMO Coordinator

I Engineering Pakistan is seeking a dedicated PMO Coordinator to support and coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities across the South region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing maintenance plans, tracking progress, and analyzing operational data to ensure efficient and timely execution of maintenance schedules. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and provide insightful reports for management review. The PMO Coordinator will not manage a team but will work closely with field and technical teams to facilitate seamless communication and task completion. The PMO Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of preventive maintenance activities, including tracking completion rates and pending actions at site levels. The role involves generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards, highlighting maintenance trends, gaps, and any issues requiring management intervention. The incumbent will also support the development and maintenance of PMO documentation, trackers, presentations, and other management reporting tools. This position requires proactive follow-up with relevant teams to ensure timely closure of maintenance activities and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance activities and schedules across the South region.
Track the completion status and pending preventive maintenance activities at various site levels.
Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to provide insights on maintenance operations.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and highlight areas needing attention or improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to preventive maintenance activities and progress.
Follow up with field and technical teams to ensure timely execution of planned maintenance activities.
Support the PMO documentation management by preparing and updating trackers, presentations, and management reporting documents.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support smooth coordination and communication.
Ensure compliance with established maintenance schedules and company policies.
Assist in the continuous improvement of preventive maintenance processes by providing data-driven feedback.
Use report generation tools and documentation management systems efficiently to enhance reporting accuracy and timeliness.
