Job Description

i Engineering provides end-to-end engineering infrastructure solutions to the telecommunications and power industries across Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Employing a dynamic and personal approach, we have grown rapidly since our inception in 2007 to reach 17 operations with 1,500 employees. We integrate our core competencies with our clients’ businesses to provide cost-effective solutions that allow our clients to succeed in their business goals.

We are looking for our Group Regional Sales Manager performing the following responsibilities:

• Implements sales’ strategies and analyzes trends and results within the assigned sales’ region

• Participates in the recruitment process of the local sales’ team members within the assigned sales’ region and the Group sales’ team members within his/her unit

• Manages a team of local sales representatives within the assigned sales’ region

• Mentors the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting  

• Sets targets, allocates leads and supports the sales’ representatives while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work

• Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets

• Trains the local sales’ team based on an approved training plan

• Acquires and manages critical client accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client serving

• Submits regular sales’ report to the CSO

• Analyses the market within the assigned sales’ region and constantly maintains an in-depth knowledge of the eco system participants 

• Assists the CSO with the review of the sales’ procedures 

• Coordinates and assists in Group sales meetings and agenda preparation 

• Represents the company in various business events and conferences within the assigned sales’ region

• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
