Job Description

i Engineering provides end-to-end engineering infrastructure solutions to the telecommunications and power industries across Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Employing a dynamic and personal approach, we have grown rapidly since our inception in 2007 to reach 17 operations with 1,500 employees. We integrate our core competencies with our clients’ businesses to provide cost-effective solutions that allow our clients to succeed in their business goals.

We are looking for our Local Sales Manager performing the following responsibilities:

• Increases the country's revenue by new clients’ acquisitions, existing clients upsell / cross sell and identifying new opportunities in the country  

• Represents the company at various events in the assigned country

• Manages end-to-end client relationships - pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting, creating a culture of consistent sales’ process improvement 

• Submits regular sales’ and market’s update reports to the Country Head and the Group Sales Manager to whom he/she is reporting

• Works closely with the Country Head and the Group Sales Manager and strategizes on how to ensure continual efforts to crack the market

• Sets up a sales’ plan to achieve the sales’ target 

• Conducts sales’ meetings with local clients/potential clients and optimizes inbound opportunities 

• Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting client’s relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 

• Leads, supports, motivates and trains the his/her team members to achieve individual and team targets  

• Generates new channels to enhance sales results 

• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner

 

Skills

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, Comfortable with flexible work hours, Articulate, organized, Detail-oriented, Multicultural Sensitivity/Awareness, Strong sense of initiative and comfortable managing, Working along with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders, In-depth understanding of the sales ecosystem
