The Technical Grid Lead at I Engineering Pakistan plays a critical role in overseeing technical operations and maintenance activities across an assigned electrical grid. This position requires a dedication to maintaining network availability and site performance, ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders including cluster owners, technicians, vendors, and customer teams to coordinate activities and maintain high-quality standards across the grid infrastructure. Although this position does not include management of a team, the Technical Grid Lead acts as a key liaison among multiple parties ensuring smooth communication and operational workflows. The role requires expertise in grid infrastructure design and electrical grid design alongside strong project management and risk management capabilities to uphold service level agreements and maintain compliance with safety and technical standards.
Responsibilities

Lead and oversee telecom operations and maintenance activities across the assigned grid to ensure uninterrupted network availability and optimal site performance.
Monitor site availability, track outages, alarms, and analyze technical key performance indicators to detect and address system issues proactively.
Coordinate tightly with cluster owners, technicians, vendors, and customer teams to ensure efficient communication and seamless execution of technical tasks.
Manage timely identification, diagnosis, and resolution of power, transmission, and site-related faults to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.
Monitor the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and operational standards.
Collect and analyze operational data to prepare detailed technical performance reports that inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
Ensure that all field teams adhere strictly to established safety protocols and technical standards, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies.
