Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute organic and paid inbound marketing campaigns to generate and drive a consistent flow of high-quality inbound leads into the B2B pipeline.
  • Create engaging content for various B2B channels, such as B2B eCommerce portals, blogs, social media, webinars, whitepapers, etc. SEO skills are huge bonus.
  • Use HubSpot CRM and other marketing platforms (FB Ads, Google Search Ads, etc) to track and report on campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to capture leads, give suggestions on improving user experience, and nurture B2B prospects through effective email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and with the RevOps and CRM Manager on a daily basis to discuss and improve ongoing progress and activities.
  • Analyze CRM and campaign data at a granular level and prepare performance reports to present during weekly meetings or as per adhoc requirements.

Skill-Set:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing inbound marketing campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads and create brand awareness.
  • Experience of handling up to $30k per month in lead generation campaigns (Google Search Ads or Facebook/Instagram Ads) is good to have but not mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of different HubSpot modules and features. HubSpot inbound marketing OR inbound sales certification is a plus.
  • Diploma, Associate degree or Bachelors in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written) with a basic understanding of British and American dialects and vocabulary.
  • Advanced analytics and presentation skills are required, especially using Excel/PowerPoint/Word. Any design related skills with Photoshop or Canva is a bonus.
  • Creative, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset with good understanding of B2B wholesale and distribution business.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with itnernal and cross-functional teams.
