Job Description

A well-known UK sports brand is looking for a customer-oriented service representative. This person will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·         Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically

·         respond promptly to customer inquiries

·         handle and resolve customer complaints

·         obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

·         provide pricing and delivery information

·         set up new customer accounts

·         process orders, forms, applications and requests

·         organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

·         direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

·         record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

·         record details of actions taken

·         communicate and coordinate with internal departments

·         follow up on customer interactions

Key attributes we are looking for:

  • Writing Skills:

We require strong written skills(professional communication) as this is the major part of the Job

Ø  Strong Communication skills (British or American accent) 

Ø  High Customer Service Standards

Ø  A Drive and Willingness to learn

Ø  A Passion for Customer service

Ø  Strong writing skills are very important
