- Responding on CTS queries raised by customer support/compliance team on daily basis.
- Raising courier exceptions with CS department on daily basis on CTS.
- Follow-up with couriers on stuck parcels exceeding delivery SLAs.
- Raising claims with respective couriers for lost in transit parcels.
- Updating of claims report-Accepted, rejected & in-process.
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by reporting manager.
