- Assist the Director of Operations in managing daily operational affairs of the company, including assisting in improving internal systems and frameworks.
- Coordinate and assist line manager in running various ongoing projects and processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analyze data, perform research activities, and prepare formal reports and presentations per the line manager's directions and instructions.
- Help with building and maintaining internal dashboards to monitor different KPIs, SLAs, and allocated targets across different business functions.
- Closely keep a track of ongoing projects and processes to trigger about any potential delays or hurdles immediately.
- Organize, maintain, and fetch internal data records, files, and other documents as required by the line manager.
- Schedule meetings with consultants and internal teams as well as manage ClickUp and other task sheets.
