We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for developing and managing an engaged community on our Youtube channel.
In this role you will:
o Be responsible for achieving the following goals:
- Generate Awareness, Develop an Opinion, Make our Brand the first choice for consumers.
- Generate sales
- Brand Recall
o Create posting calendar for a year,
o Come up with A/V content ideas and get them produced by the video animator by providing the directions,
o Develop strategies to organically grow the number of subscribers,
o Develop an engaged community on Youtube,
o Drive traffic to the website and generate sales,
o Plan strategic product launches using Video as a tool,
o Stay updated with the industry trends and implement new ideas on YouTube videos
o Ensure our videos should always rank on first page top positions.
Candidate Requirements:
o Must have a Graduate Degree from a Reputable Institution with Marketing Majors.
o Proficient in speaking/writing/reading in English is a MUST.
o Must know SEO for Video optimization.
o Must have at least 2 to 3 years of Video Marketing Experience
o Able to edit videos.
o Able to work in a team.
o Work under pressure & deliver results.
o Boxing, Fitness or MMA knowledge will be an add-on.
o Candidate should be a good listener.
