The candidate must possess excellent English listening and speaking skills , Native or Fluent is a mustResponsibilities includes:
- Approve all calls by confirming specifications
- Maintain Quality of calls by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Listen to every call in detail and point out any error or mistakes done by callers and reort to HR
- Maintain SOP of calls and ensure compliance
Quality Control Requirements and Qualifications
- B.S. degree/ Bachelors in an Field
- 1+ years in a leadership or managerial position
- Work authorization. Security clearance
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- English Listening (Native or fluent Ascent) is a must
