Own and manage central documentation library for Global Client Success department.
Writes and edits product manuals, user guides, software help, FAQs, brochures, presentations etc.
Create documents in Microsoft and Open office and PowerPoint presentations and provide assistance with document creation for technical staff.
Assist with vendor communication and visit coordination and RFP collection.
Working to put a Infrastructure Bible together, functional organizations, key systems supported, staff roles & responsibilities.
The role involves coordination and interaction with various stakeholders including Project Managers, Business Analysts and other technical resources
Writes text and documents that effectively meet the communication purpose and are aligned with the business and technical context
Develops or facilitates to develop web site content
Works closely with the training group to develop quality training material
May be required to develop technical specifications and other technical and process documents in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Maintains and helps to maintain a Knowledgebase of technical documents for Customer Support function that can help Support staff handling similar types of problems.
Excellent MS Office Skills

Web page authoring skills would be preferable
Skills in graphic design tools such as CorelDraw or Adobe Photoshop would be a plus
