i3RL is expanding its team, therefore, we are looking for experienced resources to join our Lahore office. Candidates will be given preference who can join on immediate basis.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a QA tester
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Leads/Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Consistently execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze results in a timely manner
- Design, develop, execute & maintain manual/automated test cases and test scripts for functional and regression tests.
- Configure and maintain manual/automated testing environments for multiple executions
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Ensure software defects are collected and tracked in a manner consistent with the agreed upon documentation scheme and report defects to the project team as appropriate.
- Working knowledge Excel, SOAP UI, SQL Profiler, T-SQL
- Generate logs to document testing phases and defects
- Effectively report bugs and errors to development teams
- Maintain up to date QA/Product related artifacts
- Drive constant improvement in manual as well as test automation practices and knowledge.
- Follow-through and conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Train and mentor other members of QA team to gain expertise and adoption of Automation practices.
