IB & Affiliate Manager Asia (Forex/CFD)

Quadcode, a leading fintech company specializing in financial brokerage and advanced financial products, is seeking an IB & Affiliate Manager to expand our partner network across key markets, with a focus on Asia. Our core offering is a proprietary trading platform delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) to brokers worldwide. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in affiliate management or business development within the Forex/CFD industry, looking to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and advertising platforms within your designated region.
- Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring smooth activation and sustained collaboration.
- Manage various affiliate compensation models including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Lot-based structures.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize results and maximize growth.
- Assist in negotiating terms and closing partnership deals effectively.
- Continuously explore and identify new opportunities for network expansion and business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an affiliate manager or business development professional in the Forex/CFD sector.
- Solid understanding of regulated broker operations and compliance requirements.
- Established network of IBs or partners in the Middle East is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing models such as CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing partnerships.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
