- Level-I/II support for desktop systems.
- Level-I/II support for local area network and servers.
- Installation of new physical data connectivity and configuration of VLANs.
- Maintain and troubleshooting of Symantec end point protection.
- PFSense troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of telephony network (Main Distribution Frame).
- Support and administer third-party applications.
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords in Active Directory.
- Level-II support for Active Directory issues.
- Resolve problems related to operating systems reported by end users.
- CCTV network support (software configurations only).
- Server racks maintenance.
