We are looking for 2 eCommerce Amazon account officer for our Islamabad office to develop, implement, track and optimize our Amazon store.
- Handle Performance notification and should be able to make an action plan
- Analyze market pricing to assist interpretation of reports and publish recommendations for an action plan
- Track the pricing of the existing product through Keepa Analysis
- Execute daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Driving growth and profitability of our brands
- Influencing the product design, content, and attributes
- Managing the end-to-end process of product sales and promotion
- Monitoring Amazon account health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues
- Manage inventory levels in both seller central and our internal ERP
- Manage the product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement
- Configure products on internal ERP systems
- Improve the performance of the brand by optimizing reviews, SEO, and pricing
- Keep up to date with best practices for Amazon sellers.

- Ideas of Linkwors Inventory system
- SKU’s
- Products Images merchandising
- Listing Q/A
- Listing tracking
Required Skills:
- Experience with Amazon/eBay Seller Central account Management.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM.
- Analytical Skills.
- Familiar with the Amazon Return policy.
- Experience in removing negative reviews by convincing Amazon.
- Best verbal and written English
- Best communicator and listener
Should have knowledge of all Amazon Accounts Operations such as
- Listing visibility
- Inventory issues
- Blocked Listing
- POA's Plan of action if required
- Products complaints
- Account Health
- Fulfillment reports
- Performance Notifications
- Feedback Removal
Office Location: World Trade Center (Giga Mall) DHA-II, Islamabad.
Job Timings: 12:00PM - 10:00PM with 01Hour Break, Monday - Friday
