A Large & reputed Ihsan ullah Construction Company (ICC) of Pakistan: Looking for a Candidate for the Position of Quantity Surveyor in D I Khan.
Qualification & Experience:
The Candidate Should be BS Quantity Surveyor or Diploma Associate Engineering (DAE) from reputed Local/ foreign university. Qualified Candidate having Minimum 8 years of experience as QS.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all activities related to successful completion of the project including the following:
- A Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to Building and Civil Engineering Projects, from the Initial calculations to the Final figures. And at least he has completed two mega Projects.
- Verification of works and related assignments.
- Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
- Many of these are specified by statutory building regulations, which to surveyor need to understand and adhere.
- Preferred will be given to those applicants who have Roads building experience.
