Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing smooth operations (per) Trade Documentation and Logistics matters (with) Customers and Foreign Suppliers. Will lead and coach team members across the Organization:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Customers and Banks via (Proforma & Letter of Credit Check, requesting Amendments, BL & Commercial Invoice & Packing List check, Document Discrepancy resolution).
- Communicating with Local Shipping lines for Vessel delays / Container Detention Charges / Port Demurrages
- Coordinate with Internal Sales Team and External Customers, Shipping Companies and Foreign Suppliers by providing timely status updates.
- Track Customer Orders & Prepare Weekly Analysis of Data and Reports to Management
- Work in close coordination with Company’s Higher Management and Internal Sales & Documents Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors with (3-5) years of experience in a similar field.
- Good working knowledge of all aspects of Documentary credits (ICC/UCP600) and INCO Terms
- Strong Spoken and Written Communication (skills in English) and Proven Ability to communicate with Foreign Suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint).
- Strong Organizational & Analytical skills.
- Should be able to Solve Problems, Prioritize well, meet Tight Deadlines and be Flexible.
- Excellent ability to Delegate responsibilities while maintaining Control per Operations (via) Documentation and Logistics.
