ICT Support Executive

The ICT Support Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of information and communication technology services within a hospital setting. This position involves providing technical assistance to hospital staff by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network and internet connectivity, and supporting printers and other IT equipment. The executive will also be responsible for installing and configuring Windows operating systems and related software, as well as offering technical support and training related to FOTIS systems. A key part of the role includes diagnosing technical problems, maintaining IT equipment, and collaborating with various teams to resolve ICT-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with printers, computers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and maintain network and internet connectivity to ensure continuous service.
- Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Assist with FOTIS-related technical support and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Maintain and monitor IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address and resolve ICT challenges effectively.
- Ensure the day-to-day functioning of all ICT services across the hospital environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Experience with Windows operating systems installation and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills to support and train hospital staff.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or hospital ICT environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with FOTIS systems and related technical support is a plus.
- The position is based in Multan and requires in-person attendance.
- Pay range: Rs0.10 - Rs0.20 per month.
