Ideal Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in attracting, screening, and hiring top-quality caregivers to provide exceptional care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregiver candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify promising candidates.
- Coordinate reference checks and background screenings.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to qualified candidates.
- Onboard new caregivers, providing company information and orientation.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and applicant data.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of job search methods and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
